ORDERING & PROCESSING
When will my order ship?
All items are handcrafted in small batches. Processing usually takes 3-5 business days for pre-made items and see below for timing on custom items, these are all separate from shipping time.
During busy seasons (Sabbats, holidays, launches), processing may take a little longer.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your package ships.
Carrier transit times vary by destination and are not guaranteed.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes! All orders ship with tracking included, domestic and international.
This keeps your package secure throughout its journey.
Do you ship internationally?

Note for U.S. customers:
The U.S. has updated its de minimis rules, meaning some packages may now be subject to duties, fees, or additional processing.
I ensure my goods fall under CUSMA to help keep them duty-free, but delays or fees may still occur depending on the new regulations.
If trade rules shift again, I will notify affected customers and update my policies promptly.
Who pays customs costs, duties, VAT, or import fees?
Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, VAT, duties, or import charges in their country.
These fees are not refundable.
If you wish to purchase through my Etsy shop, Etsy handles VAT fee's automatically.
My package is stuck in customs...what should I do?
Customs processing times vary by country and may take several days or weeks during busy seasons.
Unfortunately, I cannot speed up customs clearance, but I can provide documentation if your customs office requests it.
Please contact your local customs agency directly for updates.
Do you combine shipping?
If I catch two orders going to the same address before shipping, I’ll combine them whenever possible. Any excess shipping costs will be refunded.
If your order has already been packed or shipped, combining may not be possible.
How long do custom orders take to make?
Custom work, especially veils, embroidered pieces, detailed spell kits, or deity candles, requires time, focus, and careful craftsmanship. Because these items are created from scratch just for you, processing times are longer than standard shop orders.
Most custom pieces take:

3–6 weeks (minus non business days and holidays): for veils, embroidery, and intensive handmade items

2–4 weeks (minus non business days and holidays): for custom candles, spell kits, altar tools, or blend work
Turnaround times may vary depending on materials, level of detail, and current workload. If you need your custom piece by a specific date, please ask before placing your order so I can confirm whether it’s possible.
Custom items are final sale and cannot be cancelled once I begin crafting them.
Rush Orders
I sometimes offer rush processing for custom items depending on the request.
Rush fees vary based on complexity.
Please contact me before placing your order to see if I can accommodate your timeline.
Wholesale / Bulk Orders
Not currently available, but feel free to reach out to discuss possibilities.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
This policy applies to all products and digital items and follows the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Certain items are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period for legal reasons. Those exemptions are listed below.
Cooling-Off Period (UK Orders Only)
UK and EU customers normally have 14 days from delivery to cancel eligible orders.
However, many Evergreen Sorcery Studio items fall under legal exemptions in CCR/CRD and are not eligible for return or cancellation once shipped or opened.
Non-Returnable & Non-Cancellable Items (Legal Exemptions)
These items are final sale under UK/EU law due to hygiene, safety, customization, or digital nature:

Custom-made or personalized items

Ritual oils, perfume oils, and oil blends

Powders, salts, herbs, and blend products
-
Skincare & body care (lotions, balms, scrubs, soaps, cleansers)

Opened or unsealed items
-
Digital downloads once accessed
These match the exemption list under CCR Schedule 3 and EU CRD Article 16.
Returnable Items (Case-by-Case)
Only the following may qualify for return:

Non-custom candles
-
Non-custom veils or textiles
-
Unused, unopened items that do not fall under hygiene or customization exemptions
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless law requires otherwise.
How to Request a Return (Eligible Items Only)

Contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Ship the item back within 14 days of approval.

Item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Refunds are issued after inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email me within 3 days of delivery with photos.
This is separate from change of mind returns, I will always make it right for damaged or faulty goods.
Order Cancellations
Within 2 hours of purchase:
You may cancel any order.
After 2 hours:
Cancellations may be offered at my discretion, depending on whether processing has begun, this is compliant with UK/EU rules for eligible items prior to shipment.
Once processing begins:
Custom, digital, hygiene-sensitive, and contamination-risk items cannot be cancelled.
Wrong Address Policy
Please double-check your address at checkout. I am unable to edit or redirect orders after shipping.
If the parcel is returned to me, you may choose reshipment (new shipping fee applies) or a refund per my RTS policy.
What if my package is unclaimed or returned to sender?
If your parcel is returned due to refusal, non-pickup, or incorrect address:
You may choose:
1. Reshipment
I can resend the order, you cover the new shipping cost.
2. Refund
Refunds for eligible items will exclude:

the original shipping fee

a 15% restocking & handling fee
Non-returnable items remain non-refundable even if the package is returned to sender.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked “Delivered” but missing, or if it appears lost in transit, please contact your local carrier first, as they have the most accurate, up-to-date information.
I’m happy to assist by providing any documentation needed for a carrier claim (invoice, tracking history, etc.).
Please note that carriers must approve the claim before any reimbursement is issued, and approval is not guaranteed.
Evergreen Sorcery Studio is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, but I will do what I can to support you during the claim process.
PRODUCT SAFETY & USE
Can I use your products on skin or ingest them?
No. All oils, powders, herbs, and blends are for external ritual use only.
Do not ingest or apply to skin.
Keep away from pets and children.
Allergy Disclaimer
Products may contain herbs, resins, oils, and natural materials.
If you have allergies or sensitivities, please review ingredients carefully. You may reach out prior to mention what your allergy is and I may be able to accommodate a custom order depending on circumstance but not guaranteed.
I am not liable for allergic reactions or misuse.
Are your products safe for pregnancy?
Because my products contain herbs, oils, and botanicals, I cannot advise on pregnancy safety.
Please consult a licensed medical professional before using any ritual item during pregnancy.
Are your products guaranteed to work?
Spiritual tools operate through personal intention, energy, and practice.
I cannot guarantee results, but everything is made with care, respect, and traditional craftsmanship.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes!
Email me after ordering and I’ll package your items in green mesh bags with a handwritten note.
Please include the recipient’s name.
EVERGREEN SORCERY SERVICES (KO-FI BOOKINGS)
Do I need to book a specific time?
No.
Unless the listing specifies otherwise, services do not require scheduled appointments.
You will receive:

An automatic Ko-Fi confirmation

A personal message from me within 1–2 business days

A notification when your session or work is complete
How long do services take?
Most offerings (energy work, readings, written work) are completed within 5–10 business days unless stated otherwise.
Can I request a rush service?
Often, yes, but please contact me first to check availability.
Rush fees may apply.
What happens after I book a service?
Once booked, you will receive confirmation and a follow-up message with any additional questions I need to begin your work.
What is your refund or cancellation policy for services?
Because services involve energy, time, and preparation, all bookings are final once work has begun.
You may cancel within 2 hours of booking if I have not started.
If something urgent arises, contact me, I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Can I book a custom service or package?
Absolutely.

Are your services guaranteed to work?
No spiritual or energetic service can guarantee specific results.
I commit to sincere, focused, and respectful work for every client.
Is your spiritual life coaching a form of therapy?
No.
Spiritual coaching is not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
It focuses on spiritual development, personal growth, and guidance.
