When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Everything is handcrafted in small batches, so during busy times (like Sabbats, holidays or big launches), shipping may take a little longer. You'll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way.


Do you offer tracked shipping?

Yes! All orders ship with tracking, whether you're in Canada or U.S.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently, I ship to Canada, the USA, (and soon the UK). U.S. customers: thanks to the current $800 de minimis rule, your orders enter duty-free (no extra customs fees on orders under $800 USD). If this changes, I’ll update policies ASAP and reach out to impacted customers.


Can I return or exchange my item?

Due to the spiritual nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 5 days of delivery (with photos), and I’ll gladly send a replacement.


What if my package is unclaimed or returned to sender?

If your parcel is returned because it wasn’t picked up or was refused, I can reship it, but you'll need to cover the new shipping cost.
Prefer a refund? It will exclude the original shipping fee and be subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Are your products guaranteed to work?

All items are crafted with care, traditional knowledge, and ritual intention, but spiritual tools work best when used intentionally. Results are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on your energy, practice, and path.


Do you offer gift wrap?

Yes! Just select the gift wrap option at checkout and I’ll wrap your order in drawstring mesh green bags and with a handwritten note, perfect for gifting. Please let me know the gifted persons name for this option.


Can I use your products on skin or consume them?

Nope! All products are for external ritual use only, not for skin, ingestion, or internal use. Keep away from pets and children. Always use spiritual tools responsibly.
